Nestled in amongst the peaceful rolling hills of the French countryside is this 1700's one bedroom stone farm house, with French doors leading onto large grounds with its own apple orchard, cherry trees and Christmas firs as well as sweeping views. The local villiage is only 3km away. All set on one level with all creature comforts installed. There is a self contained, charming country style kitchen with a large wood burner and a double glazed conservatory. Close to D Day beaches and Mont St. Michel.
Just like a scene out if Beatrix Potter, this stone farmhouse at Les Cresnays is visited by red squirrels, badgers, deer, hares, foxes, owls and hedgehogs which are all in abundance.
The local villiage of Brecey, with its restaurants, patisseries, boulongerie, banks, hairdressers and large supermarkets is only 3km away. Looking across sweeping views, you can have an Alice in Wonderland style picnic under its ancient old oak trees!
All set on one level with no stairs, easy access with French doors opening out onto gardens. Here you feel removed from time as you can only hear small birds singing. Dose off in the large leather lounges in the loungeroom, with one of a 100 books to read! The house has a washing machine and dryer, Sky TV and off street parking.
