It is a site made by children and young people about their treatment in health services.

Most  important things to know

• You need to listen to me, the child, and those who know me best
• You need to treat me equally, with respect
• Treat me as a person not a condition
• Don't make promises you can't keep
• Work together as a team and don't waste time fighting with each other when I need something
• Tell me what is going to happen to me before it happens
• If I am a teenager, don't talk to me as though I was a child
