Situated in the department of the Tarn Et Garonne area one hour north of Toulouse and one hour south of Bergerac, Maison Rose can be rented throughout the year.

Sleeps 14 people in 5 ensuite double bedrooms plus 2 twin/double bedrooms with shared bathroom.

Large kitchen/breakfast room, formal dining room, large salon with elevated veranda overlooking fruit fields. 

 There is an outside dining area, formal garden and boules court as well as a heated swimming pool within its own garden.

Lots of sun loungers and garden chairs deck the lawns, there is also mature trees that give shade.

Full size table tennis in games room plus free use of tennis courts just 10 minutes drive away.

Three hours daily housekeeping included in the rental price.  There is also a cook/babysitter at additional cost.

All bedlinen, towels and swim towels included.

Two cots and high chair available.

BBC channels received through satelite, DVD, video and hi fi.

An ideal house for the extended family to holiday together or for two or three families and friends.

The area has many tourist attractions including prehistoric caves, vinyards, kayak hire, horse riding, historic towns and cities all within one hour drive.  The south coast is only 3 hours away and the largest sand dune in Europe at Arcachon, Bordeaux is just one and a half hours drive.
