1. What do I want to improve?
I would like to improve my teaching approach.
2. Why do I feel that something could be improved in what I am doing?
It had many reasons that I would like to do. In this time I would like to show the only one reason when I was young I was punished by my teachers because I slept in the classroom. The teachers thought that I was lazy but I felt that their learning approach was boring. They stayed at the front of the classroom and many talked the content that they tough it was very important for the students. It is my bad impression. So in the present when I am a teacher. I intend to do for my students. My subject is physics. There are many students don’t pass the examination.I thought that they didn’t lazy perhaps because of my teaching approach.
